Terms ofsale
The rules for ordering a book. This is a draft and a lawyer has not reviewed it yet.
What you buy
A personalised picture book made from the photos, names and details you provide. You can choose a printed book (12 pages, soft cover, 21.6 x 21.6 cm) with the PDF, or the PDF only.
Made to order
Each book is made for you after you approve the preview, so it cannot be returned if you change your mind. The printed book uses exactly the pages you approved.
Reprint or refund
If the print, the shipping or the likeness is not as you approved, tell us through the support form on your order page. We reprint the book or refund you.
Price and payment
The price is shown before you pay and is calculated by our server. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Printing and delivery
The book is printed and shipped by Lulu. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and on your order page. They are estimates, not promises.
Photos and AI
Illustrations are created with AI from the photos you provide. You confirm that you may use the photos and that people shown agree. Photos are never used to train AI models.
Photos deleted within 14 days at most, never used to train AI.
